      For a book entitled Where Chefs Eat , this book provides scant information about the places that are listed It might as well be a phone book with zero value added other than the listing in this book I was expecting than just this.

      if you are in a city like say Paris and then know what you want breakfast lunch or dinner or special occasion great but this is a huge 3.5 inch thick book you aren t going to take this book in your luggage there is an on line version which is the way to go with this it really needs to be a database that can be searched the comments are excellent a great sort search would be what are the ratings or reviews by a certain chef worldwidead I have the book for my library

      Don t know the chefs and the restaurants are named so I guess you can look them up anf get info but it doesn t say much about what the food is like or dishes to choose It simply lists the restauarnts in a lot of cities and a few facts about them, eg what kind of food, continental or chinese etc.
